Refund Policy.

If something you bought doesn't work, doesn't match its description, or has a serious quality issue — we'll refund you within 14 days of purchase. Because animations are digital and instantly downloadable, we can't refund items that work as advertised but you simply changed your mind about.

To request a refund, go to your order history and click "Request refund" next to the item.

1. Summary

We want you to be confident in every purchase you make on the Service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and how long the process takes.

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund for eligible orders. After 14 days, refunds are at our sole discretion.

2. What's eligible for a refund

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if any of the following apply:

The animation doesn't work in Roblox Studio.

If the asset ID doesn't load, the animation crashes Studio, or the .rbxm file is corrupted.

The animation is materially different from its description or preview.

If the actual animation doesn't match the preview shown on the product page, or is missing animations advertised in a multi-pack.

The animation is the wrong rig type.

If a pack labeled R15 contains R6-only animations, or vice versa.

You purchased a duplicate by mistake.

If you accidentally purchased the same animation pack twice within 24 hours.

An unauthorized purchase was made on your account.

If your account was compromised and used for purchases without your consent. Contact support immediately and change your password.

3. What's not eligible for a refund

Because animations are digital goods delivered immediately and can be used right away, the following situations are not eligible for refunds:

You changed your mind about the purchase.

Buyer's remorse alone does not qualify for a refund. We strongly encourage you to use the preview feature before purchasing.

The animation works as described, but doesn't fit your project's style.

Stylistic preferences are subjective. Previews are provided so you can evaluate fit before purchase.

You can't get the animation working in your specific project setup.

Integration issues caused by your project's custom code or non-standard rig modifications. Contact support for help — we're happy to assist.

More than 14 days have passed since purchase.

After 14 days, refunds are at our sole discretion and granted only in exceptional circumstances.

The animation has already been used in a published Roblox experience.

If asset IDs from your purchase have been deployed to a live Roblox game, the purchase is considered consumed.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund:

  • Go to your order history
  • Find the order containing the item you want to refund
  • Click "Request refund" next to the item
  • Select the reason for the refund and provide details
  • Submit the request

You'll receive an email confirmation immediately. If we need additional information (screenshots, error messages, project details), we'll contact you within 2 business days.

5. Processing time

Most refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved:

  • Robux purchases: processed via Roblox's developer payout system, typically reflected in 5-7 business days
  • Credit/debit card purchases: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal purchases: typically within 24 hours of approval

Refund processing time depends on your payment provider, not us. We initiate the refund the moment it's approved.

6. After a refund

When a refund is processed:

  • The license to use the refunded animation is revoked
  • The animation is removed from your library
  • The asset IDs become inactive in your account
  • If the animation was already deployed to a live Roblox experience, you must remove it from that experience or purchase a new license

Continuing to use a refunded animation after the license is revoked is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your card issuer or payment provider instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account
  • Revoke licenses to all animations purchased on the account
  • Decline future purchases from the same payment method

We strongly encourage you to contact support first. We resolve nearly all legitimate disputes faster than the chargeback process and without the friction. Chargebacks are not a substitute for refund requests.
